1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT +2) on a business day are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Occasional carrier delays may occur, particularly during peak periods.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Curvay. Click the tracking link in the email to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, contact us at hello@curvay.com. |
4. Duties & Taxes
All orders shipped within the EU are fulfilled on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable VAT and import duties are included in the price you pay at checkout. There are no surprise charges upon delivery.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@curvay.com with your order number.
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch. However, once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are unable to redirect it. Curvay is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please do not contact the carrier directly. Contact us, and we will handle the claim on your behalf.

RECEIVED A DAMAGED PARCEL? — 48-HOUR REPORTING WINDOW |

Do not discard the outer packaging or any damaged items. Photograph the outer packaging and the damaged item clearly. Email hello@curvay.com within 48 hours of delivery. Use subject: “Damaged Parcel — Order #XXXXX” We will arrange a replacement or full refund — your choice. |
For lost parcels, if your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at hello@curvay.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier immediately.
7. Delivery Delays
While we work with reliable carriers to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays can occur due to:
• High parcel volumes during peak shopping periods
• Severe weather or force majeure events
• Customs processing (rare for intra-EU shipments)
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@curvay.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
