1.  Returns — 30 Days, Always Free

We keep it simple. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange your return — completely free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

         Unworn and unwashed

         In original condition with all tags still attached

         Returned in the original packaging

         Free from perfume, deodorant, or visible marks

 

YOUR 30-DAY WINDOW — DAY BY DAY

Day 0        Your order is delivered.

Day 1–30    Contact us anytime to request a return. We’ll sort everything.

Day 30      Last day to contact us and request a return.

After day 30    Returns no longer accepted (except for defective items).

2.  Items We Cannot Accept Back

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the following:

         Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

         Items with tags removed or missing

         Items not in their original packaging

 

This is standard for shapewear and intimate apparel and is permitted under EU consumer law for hygiene goods once worn. If your item is defective or incorrect, this exclusion does not apply, see Section 4.

3.  How to Start a Return

Starting a return takes less than 2 minutes. Here’s how:

 

1.      Email hello@curvay.com with your order number and reason for return.

2.      We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorisation (RA) number and a prepaid return label.

3.      Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.

4.      Attach the prepaid label and drop the parcel at your nearest carrier location.

5.      Email us your tracking number so we can follow the return.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT RETURN WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER

All returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) number issued by our team.

Items sent without an RA number cannot be accepted or processed.

The return address will be provided with your RA number by email.

4.  Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered, we will resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

 

48-HOUR REPORTING WINDOW — STRICTLY ENFORCED

All damage and defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

This allows us to file carrier claims promptly. Claims after this window may not be accepted.

 

Steps to report a damaged or defective item:

6.      Photograph or video the item, outer packaging, and all damage. Keep all packaging.

7.      Email hello@curvay.com within 48 hours. Subject: “Damaged Item — Order #XXXXX”.

8.      Include your order number, description of the issue, and your photos or video.

9.      We will send a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement — your choice.

5.  Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 14 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Refund timeline:

         Return received: we email you a confirmation

         Quality inspection: 1–3 business days

         Refund issued: within 14 days of receiving the return

         Funds in your account: allow 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the item was defective or incorrectly sent by us.

6.  Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at no charge at any time before it is dispatched. Email hello@curvay.com immediately with your order number.

NO CANCELLATION FEES

We do not charge any fee for cancellations made before dispatch.

If your order has already shipped, your 30-day return right applies from delivery.

7.  Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email:

 

10.   Check your bank account or card statement.

11.   Contact your card provider — some take up to 10 business days to post.

12.   Contact your bank directly for a processing update.

13.   Still nothing? Email hello@curvay.com and we’ll investigate right away.

8.  EU Statutory Rights

This policy is designed to exceed your legal rights under EU consumer law. Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a minimum 14-day statutory right to cancel from the date of delivery. Our 30-day return window gives you more than double that.
