All products displayed on curvay.com are subject to availability. We make every reasonable effort to display product colours, sizing, and images accurately. However, the actual appearance of products may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings. This does not constitute a defect.

• In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and offer a full refund

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight colour variations due to photography or screen calibration do not entitle you to a return unless the product is materially different from its description.

All prices on curvay.com are displayed in Euros (€ EUR) and include applicable VAT. The price you see is the price you pay there are no additional duties or import fees for EU orders.

Placing an order on curvay.com constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before confirmation is issued.

Order confirmation email

You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order. This confirms we have received your order and initiated processing. If you do not receive this email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@curvay.com.

Order cancellation by Curvay

We may cancel your order if:

• A product becomes unavailable after your order is placed
•  A pricing or product description error is identified
•  We are unable to verify your payment or delivery details
• We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity

In all cases where we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–9 business days across our EU markets. Shipping is free on all orders. For full details, refer to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates. Curvay is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us, and we will investigate.
