2. Pricing & Currency
All prices on curvay.com are displayed in Euros (€ EUR). The price shown at checkout is the final amount you will be charged there are no additional charges added after purchase.

If your bank account is held in a different currency, your card provider may apply a foreign exchange rate. This is outside of Curvay’s control. We recommend checking with your bank if you have questions about exchange rates.
3. VAT & Import Duties
All orders shipped to EU countries are fulfilled on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. VAT is included in the price displayed on our website. There are no additional import duties, customs taxes, or handling fees charged upon delivery.

4. Payment Security
We take payment security seriously. All transactions on curvay.com are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers with industry-standard SSL encryption.

Your full card number, CVV, and expiry date are never stored on our servers. Payment processing is handled entirely by our certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. |
5. Order Confirmation & Billing
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. This email will include your order summary, itemised total, and estimated dispatch date.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order:
• Check your spam or junk folder
• Ensure the email address entered at checkout was correct
• Contact us at hello@curvay.com with your name and order date, and we will resend it
6. Refunds & Cancellations

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no charge, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, email hello@curvay.com immediately with your order number.

NO CANCELLATION FEES |

Curvay does not charge any cancellation fee for orders cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, your 30-day return right applies from the date of delivery. |
7. Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, our systems automatically review all orders. In some cases, we may contact you to verify your identity or order details before processing.
If your order is placed on hold for verification, we will contact you by email within 1 business day. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and fully refunded.

FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS |

If your payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address. Contact your bank if the issue persists some banks block international transactions by default.
